Step 2: Click on New User to create an Account
Step 3: Enter Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Gender, DOB, Email ID, Username and Password.
Step 4: Step 5: Click on Login If you have created a User Account using your username and password.
Step 6: After login you have two options to fill form one in hindi and other english
Step 7: Now Enter basic details like Age as on, Home district, Marital status, DOB
Step 8: After that Select category of Applying, Certificate no, Certificate date
Step 9: In next step Enter Address details like city, district, pincode and mobile number, email address
Step 10: Enter Qualification details of class 10 and class 12 like Board name, year of passing,
Step 11: Enter computer course details which you have like DOEACC O Level course, COPA/DPCS Certificate or Diploma in computer science
Step 12: Now fill declaration section, Tick (ü) on I Agree Enter Place and Date
Step 13: Upload photograph, signature & Any ID with Front side and back side
Step 14: You will redirect to the payment page
Step 15: After pay print out the payment status page for the future references.
