Step 3: After scrolling down ‘Act Apprentice Training Notification 2025-26’ Tick on I have read all the instruction carefully
Step 4: Click on Proceed button
Step 5: Choose trade which you are applying from the list
Step 6: Select PH information
Step 7: The Application form page will open
Step 8: Enter personal information like Name,Fathers name, Mothers name, Gender, Religion, Community, DOB, Mobile no, Email ID, Aadhar No and Nearest Railway station details
Step 9: Tick the declaration box and Enter captcha code
Step 10: Click on continue button
Step 11: All filled information will display here
Step 12: Check all data is correct and After this no editing will be available
Step 13: Click on submit button
Step 14: Congratulations page with Your registration number and Your Password
Will displayed here
Step 15: You will also receive details of your registration and Login Details to your registered mobile no and registered email address
Step 16: Upload documents of class X and ITI Certificate
Step 17: Make the payment of application fee
