Step 1: Visit Official website with link
https://upsconline.gov.in/
Step 2: Click on OTR for Examinations of UPSC and Online Application
Step 3: Register yourself on OTR, Click on New Registration
Step 4: Enter Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Class 10 Roll No., DOB, Mobile Number and Email ID (All details As per Class 10 Certificate)
Step 5: If Already Registered login your account by Login ID (Your Registered Mobile number or Registered Email ID) and Password
Step 6: Enter Aadhar details and education details and send it to Final Submission.
Step 7: Ensure all entries to be correct according to you before submitting them
Step 8: Upload signature and photograph
Step 9: Print a copy of successfully submitted form.
